Order Acceptance
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the product/products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

All orders are subject to product availability. Tess Dawson Wholesale reserves the right to cancel any order in whole or in part. Tess Dawson Wholesale Yarns cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill your orders.

When you place an order to purchase a product from Tess Dawson Wholesale Yarns, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an email confirmation to you that we have dispatched a product/products to you (the "Dispatch Update Email"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Update Email to you for the product/products dispatched. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed via the Dispatch Update Email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

Orders are accepted on a product line by product line basis and not as a whole.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of, but not limited to, one of the following:

• The product ordered being unavailable from stock or out of production
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a product pricing or product description error
• The identification of a shipping price error

Yarn Photographs
We have taken great care to present our yarns, in digital form, as true to actual colour as possible. However, computer monitors vary widely, and one colour may not appear identical from one monitor to the next.

A green will probably never appear blue, but it may be difficult to tell the difference between a blue-green and a turquoise and in some cases a black from a dark blue. Some images may also appear darker than the item will actually be in real life.

Some yarns are also noticeably different from dye-lot to dye lot or batch to batch, in these cases we will alert you to this possiblity.
